1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and tkbk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the tkbk website located at tkbk.onl and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming or wagering products offered through the platform.

By accessing the tkbk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the tkbk platform and must close any existing account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register a tkbk account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Each individual is permitted to hold only one tkbk account. If you have previously held an account that was closed or suspended, you may not register a new account without the express written permission of the tkbk support team. 5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the tkbk platform are subject to acceptance at the discretion of tkbk. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. tkbk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including where the bet was placed in error, where the odds were displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault, or where the bet conflicts with these Terms.

5.3 Void Bets

9. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use tkbk's brand name, trademarks, logos, or proprietary content outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after the standard verification checks have been completed.

tkbk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users. Where an account is closed by tkbk for a reason other than a breach of Terms, any remaining account balance will be returned to the account holder.

12.4 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
